Usually held in major conference or exhibition centres, reputable hotels, or reception venues, bridal fairs are held throughout the year and in most regions. You'll be able to speak to the service providers in the various fields, and get their expert opinion on the planning details of your wedding. You'll draw inspiration from all the amazing stands and you'll be able to visualize your own wedding. Bridal Exhibitions are a "not-to-be-missed" experience, and each bride should attend at least one expo while planning her wedding.

That makes sense...
A good idea is to take a bag to put all the flyers you receive from the exhibitors into. At most of the shows, you do receive a plastic carry bag at the entrance, but with the amount of information you are getting, you might just run out of space, or the organisers could run out of bags. And there's nothing worse than carrying a whole bunch of flyers and pamphlets in your hands.
Also think about taking stickers with, which you can stick onto the flyers, or a permanent marker to mark the flyers of the service providers you would like to make contact with. There's nothing worse than emptying out the bag with flyers and not knowing who the ones where that you liked!
